Rights and obligations of the user
The user of this site acknowledges that he has the necessary
means to access this site, to use it and to have checked that
the computer configuration used does not contain any virus and
that it is in perfect operating condition.
In conformity with the provisions of the law of 6 January,
1978 relative to Data Processing, files and liberties, the automated
processing of personal data performed from this Website has
been the subject of a declaration made to the Commission Nationale
de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) - National Commission
for Data Processing and Liberties - which upon receipt has been
given the number (in progress).
In accordance with this law the user is reminded in particular
that the data which he supplies using the forms to be found
on the site, is required in order to answer his request, and
is to be used only by the International Chromium Development
Association, which is responsible for its handling.
The user is reminded that he has the right to access and amend
the data relating to him which can be done at International
Chromium Development Association, whose registered office is
at 45 rue de Lisbonne 75008 Paris - FRANCE, or using our contact
form.
The user should be aware that when he accesses the site a cookie
may be installed automatically in his browser software. A cookie
is a block of data which does not allow him to be identified
but which is used to record information relating to his navigation
about the site.
The parameter setting of the browser software makes it possible

4 only, the fifth is entitled "Always refuse cookies".
If you use "Internet Explorer 5 (Microsoft)" to
browse the Internet, go to the menu bar and click on "Tools",
then on "Internet Options", then on "Safety",
then on "Personalize safety level" under the heading
"Cookies", choose, "request" or "de-activate"
for the two options suggested.
If you use "Internet Explorer 6 (Microsoft)" to
browse the Internet, go to the menu bar and click on "Tools",
then on "Internet Options", then on "Confidentiality",
then on "Advanced" then tick the box "Ignore
automatic management of cookies" and choose the suggested
options.
If you use "Navigator Gold 3 (Netscape)" to browse
the Internet, go to the menu bar and click on "Options",
then on "Network Preferences", then on "Protocols".
Among the various warnings which you can activate, the first
is entitled "Inform before accepting a cookie", you
will then be warned each time a "cookie" arrives and
you will be able to stop it being recorded by your navigation
software.
If you use "Communicator 4 (Netscape)" to browse
the Internet, go to the menu bar and click on "Edit",
then on "Preferences", and highlight "Advanced",
then choose the desired option.
If you use "Communicator 6 (Netscape)" or "Mozilla"
to browse the Internet, go to the menu bar and click on "Edit",
then on "Preferences", then on "Confidentiality
and Safety", then choose the desired option.
Use of the site data
The users of this site must respect the provisions of the
law relating to Data Processing, files and liberties, whose
violation can lead to criminal sanctions. In particular with
regard to any personal information which they access, they must
refrain from any collection, any indirect use, and in general,
any act likely to be a breach of the private life or reputation
of the persons concerned.
The general structure, as well as the software, texts, images
whether animated or not, its savoir-faire, and all other elements
comprising the site are the exclusive property of International
Chromium Development Association.
Any representation of this site whether in whole or in part
by any process whatsoever, without the express authorization
of the International Chromium Development Association is prohibited
and would constitute an infringement as sanctioned by articles
L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code. The same
holds true for the databases appearing on the Website, which
are protected by the provisions of the law of 1 July, 1998 which
was transposed into the Intellectual Property Code from the
European Directive of March 11, 1996 relating to the legal protection
of databases, of which the International Chromium Development
Association is a producer.
The trademarks of the International Chromium Development Association
as well as the logos appearing on the site are registered trademarks
or are the property of its partners.
Any reproduction in whole or in part of these trademarks or
logos, using the elements of the site without the express authorization
of the International Chromium Development Association is thus
prohibited, within the meaning of article L.713-2 of the Intellectual
Property Code.
